Geotechnical Engineering

Joel Plumley, P.E., President of Plumley Engineering, has over 35 years practicing geotechnical engineering and hydrogeology.  Mr. Plumley worked for a large geotechnical firm (Dames and Moore) and a drilling company (Parratt-Wolff) prior to forming Plumley Engineering in the mid 1980’s.

The firm has other engineers well versed in the geo-sciences, and two very experienced geologists.
