Information We Gather From You:

  1. Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information from a visitor to our site unless that visitor explicitly and intentionally provides it. Under no circumstances do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, or sex life. If you are simply browsing our site, we do not gather any personal information about you. When we request information about you, only such information as you voluntarily provide will be collected by this Web Site.

There are three ways in which you may explicitly and intentionally provide us with and consent to our collection of certain personal information:

    1. E-mail Request for Information to Plumley Engineering– We encourage visitors to contact us regarding information they view on our website. We use links throughout our site to provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail. Please note that our services are provided under contract or agreement only. Although every effort will be made to respond to your inquiry, such inquiry to any of J.D. Plumley Engineering P.C. does not constitute a contract or agreement for any service or product, which any of J.D. Plumley Engineering P.C. may or may not provide.
    2. Article Forwarding Service – Some of our Web Sites offer the ability to e-mail articles to a friend or colleague, including your comments along with the article. Each of these transactions is recorded and both the sender’s and recipient’s e-mail addresses are preserved and analyzed as your protection that third parties do not abuse this service. This information is not used for direct solicitation of either party.
    3. On-line Surveys – J.D. Plumley Engineering P.C., from time to time, will post surveys of interest to specific markets they serve. Participants will be provided with the opportunity to receive the results upon completion of the survey. We collect participants’ names, companies, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses for the purpose of maintaining survey integrity, for clarifying answers to survey questions and to transmit the results of the survey. We also collect the answers to the survey. Survey results are aggregated and reported as statistical data only. We do not reveal the names of participants nor do we reveal specific responses, except as representative responses that are not attributed to any specific individual or entity.

We actively discourage vendors associated with our events from soliciting participants for other purposes but cannot expressly prevent it. If you feel that you have been unreasonably solicited as a result of your participation in a PLUMLEY ENGINEERING event, please contact pros@plumleyeng.com. We welcome such information and use it in the preparation of future events.

Other services, which include Managed Web Site access, may require the use of user names and passwords for the purpose of restricting access to controlled areas of our Web Sites.
