When a local fuel distributor wanted to expand into new territories within the snow belt, Plumley Engineering designed two enclosed bulk storage facilities to accommodate winter operations.
The facilities each encompassed two 30,000-gallon multi-product tanks, a bottom loading rack and transfer containment pad, all within an enclosed structure.
