Responsible for performing a variety of civil engineering services for industrial, municipal, commercial and individual clients. Civil work includes railway design (significant involvement or management of all railroad work performed/completed since 2009), site layout, contract creation, contract management, construction inspection, building inspection, grant application and grant administration. Jesse also manages all of our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
