Managing Engineer – Environmental Department
Dale was with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for 16 years, and also worked at Niagara Mohawk.
Responsible for project management, design and construction management of a variety of civil and environmental engineering projects.
Dale has been very active in professional societies, in particular, the Air & Waste Management Association – Central New York Chapter where he serves as Treasurer, and the New York Water Environment Association.
